About the RoleWillow Wealth is looking for a Senior Product Manager focused on Growth and Customer Acquisition to accelerate our top-of-funnel conversion and enhance our first-time investor experience. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and execution that enables new customers to confidently make their first investment. You’ll report to a Director of Product and will partner closely with Marketing, Design, Engineering, Data, Customer Support, and Operations.This is a highly cross-functional, analytical role. The successful candidate will be capable of blending product intuition with qualitative insights and experimentation. You will shape the onboarding flow, optimize drop-off points across the conversion funnel, support our paid marketing strategy, collaborate on enhancements to lifecycle communications, and lead user research when conversion trends require deeper investigation.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end first-time customer journey, from signup through first investment, and continuously optimize funnel performance and conversion ratesPartner with Marketing to optimize paid acquisition strategy and to develop and test features and communications that drive engagement and conversionIdentify, prioritize, and execute platform improvements that reduce friction and educate new customersAnalyze quantitative and qualitative data to understand user behavior and prioritize opportunitiesDevelop and run A/B tests and other experiments that unlock conversion liftsConduct user interviews and other research when performance deteriorates or when deeper behavioral insights are neededPartner with Design and Engineering to define requirements, manage scope, and deliver high-quality product updatesServe as an advocate for new customers, ensuring Willow Wealth builds trust and transparency during the most critical stages of the user journeyQualificationsAt least 5 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on growth, onboarding funnel optimization, or customer acquisitionExcellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and influence without formal authorityStrong analytical skills; ability to synthesize diverse sets of data into a well-formed hypothesis or product strategyComfortable with quantitative data analysis, experimentation frameworks and relevant statistical concepts; experience conducting user research interviewsExperience with Google Analytics, Braze, Intercom, Salesforce or similar CRM/analytics platformsDemonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, thriving in ambiguous problem spaces with limited directionExperience working in the financial services sector or a highly regulated environment is a strong plusWhat's in it for you:Competitive compensation packages, including equityHealth, dental & vision coverage with FSA/HSA optionsUnlimited PTO401k MatchCommuter benefitLife insuranceThis is a New York-based role.
