Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Senior Product Manager creates and maintains a roadmap for assigned products within the Telecom Platform Delivery team. The Senior Product Manager work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.The Senior Product Manager leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to a consumable functionality, by developing or enhancing products to meet specific customer needs and success outcomes. Once products are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs while adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.Responsible for supporting Genesys integrations, Genesys DevOps and automation.Use your skills to make an impact  Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience in lieu of degree5 or more years of telecommunications technical experienceBroad IT experience, preferably in a large corporate environmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated acumen to build/maintain relationshipsStrong collaboration skillsMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesPreferred QualificationsGenesys experienceExperience with OAuth and IntegrationsSAFe AgileITILJira AlignExperience with Epic as a featureExperience writing technical requirementsAdditional Information: ​Work-At-Home Requirements• WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office.
