We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager - Enterprise to own our portfolio of billing related products. This role will report to the SVP of Product. The Senior Product Manager - Enterprise will lead the strategy and execution of a team that is responsible for providing an outstanding experience for our members while improving the financial performance of our billing processes. The Enterprise team owns core workflows for insurance eligibility, claims, billing, and payer integrations - work that directly determines whether patients understand their coverage and whether Brightside gets paid. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, RCM Operations, and Clinical Operations to turn ambiguous, regulated problems into durable solutions.
