Senior Product Manager

Taekus is a profitable fintech and travel startup building a next-generation premium banking and rewards ecosystem for affluent customers. With $70M+ in annual revenue and $3B+ in annual transaction volume, we’re entering a new stage of growth focused on scaling our core banking systems, rewards infrastructure, and customer experience.Taekus is looking for a Senior PM to manage our product development and help us coordinate between design, engineering, and leadership. Join us as we tackle a $3.2T opportunity to redefine the super-premium financial services and rewards market—driving innovation beyond what’s existed since the inception of rewards credit cards.Your ResponsibilitiesWorking with the design team, engineering team, and leadership to streamline product building.Drive roadmap initiatives across our product lines by collaborating with design, engineering, and leadership.Streamline product building processes to create cohesive iteration cycles.Drive user adoption through optimized trials, onboarding flows, engagement tactics, and conversion funnels in partnership with Customer Success and Data teams.What We're Looking For7+ years of product management experience.Experience working at startups but an understanding of industry best-practices from larger companies.Can blend the move-fast-and-break-things approach with the rigors of banking compliance.You are adept with Figma and prototypingPossesses experience with product-led growth and vertical-focused go-to-market strategies, with demonstrated success in scaling revenue and user growthYou came from a technical engineering or product designer background.You'd Love This Job IfYou are ready to work at a startup and be at the ground level of a growing product team.You’re a problem solver that likes a challenge — in this case, wrangling our project management processes.Willing to roll-up your sleeves to do ground-level work and wear multiple hats.You love to travel and want to work remotely.About TaekusTaekus is a 6-year-old luxury financial services company that offers travel rewards credit cards, debit cards, and other banking services for the affluent market.
