DescriptionThe Senior Product Manager will lead strategic product initiatives across the Provation healthcare SaaS portfolio. You will drive innovation, customer value, and market differentiation through agile product development.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy, Roadmap & Lifecycle Management:Develop and communicate a clear, strategic product vision aligned with healthcare and AI market needs, ensuring alignment across the organization.Conduct market research and define a long-term product strategy, maintaining and adjusting a prioritized roadmap based on customer feedback, market changes, and technical feasibility.Lead all stages of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) from ideation to post-launch optimization, ensuring efficient Agile practices and balanced prioritization of backlogs.Voice of Customer & User Research:Conduct user research and analyze customer insights to define actionable product requirements, Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, engineering) to ensure smooth execution and alignment on product goals.Present updates, risks, and trade-offs to executive leadership, maintaining clear communication throughout the product lifecycle.Business Case & Financial Management:Own business case development, including P&L, pricing strategies, and financial modeling to ensure profitability and ROI.Monitor product performance post-launch and use KPIs and data to drive future iterations.Risk & Compliance Management:Identify and mitigate risks, focusing on healthcare regulatory compliance and AI model governance.Launch & Post-Launch Optimization:Lead successful product launches in collaboration with marketing, driving adoption and revenue growth.Oversee ongoing support, enhancements, and optimizations based on post-launch metrics.Evangelize product adoption internally and externally, working to drive usage and revenue growth.
