About the role:The Senior Product Manager is a strategic and execution-driven leader responsible for shaping the vision, roadmap, and delivery of one or more MCCi product lines. This role partners closely with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Security & Compliance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure MCCi solutions meet customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. You’ll own complex initiatives, such as AI-enabled features, integrations, platform modernization, and compliance-driven enhancements, while serving as the voice of the customer and the steward of product quality.What you'll do:Product Strategy & VisionDefine and evolve multi-year product strategies aligned to MCCi’s growth objectives and GovTech market needsDevelop and maintain outcome-driven roadmaps balancing innovation, technical debt, compliance, and customer commitmentsIdentify market opportunities through competitive analysis, customer feedback, and regulatory trendsDrive prioritization using business impact, risk mitigation, and customer valueDelivery & ExecutionTranslate strategy into clear PRDs, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteriaPartner with Engineering and QA to plan releases, manage scope, and deliver high-quality softwareLead backlog grooming, sprint planning inputs, and cross-team dependency managementEnsure readiness for launches through documentation, training materials, and stakeholder communicationsCustomer & Market EngagementEngage directly with customers, prospects, and internal teams to gather requirements and validate solutionsSupport Sales and Marketing with demos, roadmap briefings, RFP responses, and competitive positioningRepresent MCCi in strategic customer conversations and executive-level discussionsTranslate regulatory or statutory changes into actionable product requirementsCompliance, Security & AccessibilityPartner with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure products meet frameworks such as SOC 2, CJIS, FedRAMP/GovRAMP, NIST, TX-RAMP, and WCAG/VPATDrive audit remediation initiatives and security-driven enhancementsEnsure data privacy, tenant isolation, and responsible AI practices are embedded in product designAI & Platform InnovationLead initiatives involving AI-powered features, automation, analytics, and agent-based workflowsDefine governance, transparency, and risk-management approaches for AI capabilitiesDrive platform modernization efforts, integrations, and cloud-infrastructure improvementsCross-Functional LeadershipServe as a trusted partner across departments, aligning stakeholders around priorities and outcomesFacilitate executive updates, roadmap reviews, and release planning forumsMentor junior product managers and contribute to the maturity of MCCi’s product practiceWhat you'll need to be successful:Required Qualifications7+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise softwareProven success owning complex platforms with regulatory, security, or compliance requirementsStrong experience writing PRDs, functional/non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteriaDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authorityExcellent communication skills—written, verbal, and executive-levelData-driven decision maker comfortable balancing competing prioritiesBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Preferred QualificationsExperience in GovTech, public sector SaaS, or highly regulated industriesFamiliarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, CJIS, FedRAMP, NIST, WCAG)Experience delivering AI-enabled or automation-driven productsBackground working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), APIs, and integrationsPrior experience supporting enterprise sales cycles or RFP processesWhat you can expect from us:We really ARE more than a company!
