Job Description   Products OrthoCor Medical Inc, acquired by Caerus in 2016, is an orthopedic medical device company focused on the treatment of pain through the use of patented pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) technologies. PEMF is a low-level, time-varying electromagnetic field that penetrates superficial soft tissue, accelerating the body's natural anti-inflammatory and recovery responses. The OrthoCor™ Active System™ is cleared for general use on the body, including areas of the ankle, back, knee, wrist, elbow, shoulder, and neck. It is sold through Veterans Association accounts, Workers' Compensation providers, and other medical clinics.   Ideal Attributes Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred. 3–7 years of experience in product management within medical device required. Preference given to candidates with patient wearables. Knowledge of wearable medical devices, Class II device regulations, and orthopedic care pathways. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to foster effective collaboration across teams and organizational levels.   Key Responsibilities Own the product roadmap, defining vision and strategy for wearable pain therapy systems. Engage with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and patients to gather insights and validate product concepts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware, software, and user experience requirements that meet regulatory and payer needs. Monitor clinical trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform product direction and identify market opportunities. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, marketing assets, and sales tools. Create patient education and provider-facing materials to support adoption and retention. Support growth in VA and commercial markets with clinically grounded messaging and value propositions. Enable the sales team with competitive insights, training, and resources. Represent OrthoCor at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings. Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Customer Service to improve products and resolve field issues. Contribute to demand forecasting and inventory management through sales and operational planning processes. Monitor performance metrics and customer satisfaction to drive iterative product improvements.   Compensation Information Base: $120-165k, depending on experience Annual Bonus: 15-20% Total Comp: $138-198k   Location Minneapolis, MN, based out of HQ
