We are addressing this challenge by building AI-native insurance agencies and digital services that combine risk data, loss prevention, and innovative product delivery.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager to support our Director of Product in managing the end to end experience for AACI Group’s AI-native insurance agencies and loss prevention services. You will be our second PM hire, and will help us shape the product org, not just fill a seat in it. You are the ideal candidate if you…Can own an entire product area autonomouslyAre a builder at heart Possess a high level of grit who responds to obstacles with action instead of waiting to be unblockedFeel comfortable not only adopting the latest of AI technology into your everyday work, but incorporating it into the product itselfAre nimble enough to adapt to shifting priorities and approaches with easeEmbody the “Four I’s” of a strong owner: Intensity, Intuition, Initiative and Imagination (for more, see our CEO’s recent blog post)We are building the ship as we are flying it, and need someone who can help us keep moving forward in the moment, while also constantly working toward the vision of how we should be operating in the near and long term.Key ResponsibilitiesWork alongside your engineering and design counterparts to own the full product lifecycle of concurrent projects across all of AACI’s insurance and digital services platforms: from our customer-facing experiences,to our internal operations tooling, to our suite of automation and integrations. Use AI-assisted tools (Claude, Replit, Lovable etc.) to rapidly prototype and validate concepts without needing engineering resources.Maintain sufficient documentation such that all vested stakeholders are aware and aligned of what you are building, why, and when.Define clear success metrics to ensure accountability across teams.Blend of mix of quantitative data analysis and qualitative user feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to inform product decisionsCollaborate across the entire business to align product development with strategic objectives.Ensure the product complies with all local and national regulations and data security best practicesWhat Success Looks Like in 6 Months You’ve shipped the right products, at the right time, in order for us to deliver a first of its kind experienceYou’re able to measure the health and success of your products through quantifiable dataYou’ve built strong relationships across the board with both leadership and your cross functional stakeholdersYou have a clear vision for what you need to accomplish in your areas over the next 6-12 months. QualificationsAt least 5+ years of product management experience in software or digital services, with at least 2 years operating in a startup environment.Strong preference for those who have built both operational product and consumer facing product, and who have experience launching products that incorporate AI and ML technologiesWhile domain knowledge with insurance and/or fintech is a plus, we’ll be excited with someone who has demonstrated the ability to ramp up quickly in a new area. Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and complex roadmaps, with a tangible track record - i.e. quantifiable results that directly impact the top or bottom lineAn ability to both “build the right product” (critical & strategic thinking) and “build the product right” (technical & detailed, delivering meaningful & measurable results)Ability to cultivate the right level of influence through written and verbal communication skills across all key stakeholdersThe drive to constantly become a better product manager, the humility to receive and act on feedback, and the compassion to offer radical candor to your peers and leaders so they can do the sameComfort with finding the data you need to make informed decisionsExperience prototyping and building lightweight MVPs using various AI-tooling.Full time US worth authorization required.
