We have a strong culture of collaboration, innovation, and getting things done.We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead the performance marketing strategy for EasyLlama’s Compliance and Security Training Platform. This persons should be highly analytical and results-driven with deep expertise in running large-scale user acquisition across the major paid media channels in the U.S., including Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Bing Ads, and Reddit Ads.This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution to ensure our ecosystem of products, content, and solutions reach the right audiences, with the right positioning and messaging. The ideal candidate has worked in fast-growing SaaS startups and has strong command of all major ad platforms and networks, and attribution tools like HubSpot, web pixels, conversion APIs, GTM implementation, and multi-touch funnels.Paid Media Ownership & GrowthOwn full customer lifecycle paid media campaigns across new business, expansion, cross-sell, up-sell and reactivation performance for Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta (Facebook) AdsManage large monthly budgets while optimizing for CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, UAC performance, and funnel efficiency.Build full-funnel paid media strategies, including TOFU/MOFU/BOFU, lookalikes, retargeting, and high-intent acquisition flows.Experiment with emerging channels such as Reddit, YouTube and TikTokBuild, manage, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns to drive qualified pipeline, revenue, and CAC efficiencyMonitor campaigns daily to identify trends, anomalies, scale opportunities, and issues related to attribution or technical setup.Develop channel strategies aligned to quarterly and annual revenue goalsManage pacing, forecasting, and performance reporting across all platformsOwn paid media contribution to pipeline, ARR, and CAC payback periodAccount-Based AdvertisingDesign and execute account-based ad programs targeting named accounts, buying committees, and intent-driven segmentsPartner with Sales and RevOps to align on target accounts, ICPs, personas, and sales stagesBuild multi-touch, multi-channel ABM paid media campaigns using LinkedIn, Meta, and GoogleOptimize messaging, creative, and landing pages by account tier, persona, and funnel stage using AI tools.Optimization, Experimentation & AnalyticsUse AI to continuously test keywords, audiences, bidding strategies, creatives, landing pages, and offers.Experiment with freemium offerings and PLG motions to acquire a larger volume of small business customersDevelop creative testing frameworks using AI for UGC, influencers, short-form videos, static, native formats.Analyze performance using attribution, funnel conversion metrics, and cohort analysis.Track qualified pipeline, ARR, CAC payback, LTV:CAC, and forecast accuracy, with secondary metrics across CTR, CVR, and channel efficiency.Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for leadershipEstablish best practices for scaling what works and cutting underperforming spendReport results and insights at both tactical and executive levels.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Content, Product Marketing, and Design to develop high-impact ad creative and messagingPartner with Marketing Ops on tracking, attribution, CRM integration, and audience syncingAlign with Sales and Customer Success teams on campaign timing, account prioritization, and pipeline outcomesWho You Are:You must have a strong command of attribution tools like web pixels, conversion APIs, GTM implementation, server side tracking, pattern matching, and multi-touch funnels6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid user acquisition in the U.S. market for B2B companies including Account based Marketing advertisingDemonstrated success operating in high-volume, data-driven environments Designing ads across the customer lifecycle.A/B testing experience across creatives, CRO, messaging, funnel stagesStrong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills; comfortable reading dashboards (e.g. Looker, Metabase, DataStudio)SQL knowledge for deeper analysisExperience managing $500k+ / month budgets across multiple platformsFamiliarity with creative pipelines: UGC, influencer amplificationDeep experience with HubSpot marketing automation and CRMStrong strategic and analytical mindsetExcellent communication and cross-functional collaborationFast execution and ability to operate under pressureCreative thinker with a constant desire to test new formats, betas, and channelsHow We'll Take Care of You:Flexible, fully remote environmentCompetitive employer-sponsored health insurances401(k) + company matchingProfessional development reimbursementsQuarterly remote work stipendThe EasyLlama herd is fully remote, with employees distributed across the US.
