Job Description We are looking for a trailblazing Sr. Performance Marketing Manager with strong PPC experience to drive pipeline growth for Order.co by: Generating pipeline from paid marketing channels in Order.co’s core ICP and emerging industry verticals Managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Gartner (Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp), LinkedIn Ads, media partners, and other channels deemed effective Scaling Order.co’s paid program to meet our ambitious 2026 revenue targetsLeading tests across landing pages, ad creative, targeting and other campaign components to improve learnings and performance Building Order.co’s paid ABM strategy across channels in alignment with AE team vertical strategy Identifying and maintaining vertical media partner relationshipsWorking with SDR & AE teams to optimize follow-up to accelerate pipelineCollaborating with Order.co’s Growth Marketing Manager on lead/account nurturing, email, social, webinar, and content campaigns as it becomes relevant to paid campaigns Reporting on results of campaigns and optimizing channels over timeOwning the pipeline goal for paid marketing channels Qualifications Please note, Order.co is based in New York, NY but this is a fully remote position reporting to Order.co’s Sr. Director of Marketing based in Chicago, IL. Experience in paid search, paid social, display, ABM, review site, and other paid media channels with a focus on Google Ads Agency and previous SaaS experience is preferred Familiarity with HubSpot and other marketing automation toolsKnowledge of Unbounce or similar landing page software Interest or experience in marketing to retail, property management, hospitality, cannabis, healthcare, wellness, non-profits, and/or fitness Interest or experience in marketing finance and/or operations teamsAbility to execute marketing campaigns across a variety of channelsCapacity to effectively allocate resources, prioritize initiatives, and meet deadlines Capable of working cross functionally to meet demand targetsIntrinsic motivation and an ability to work both independently as well as in a group setting Default to curiosity, creative problem-solving, and hands-on learning What You'll Receive: A competitive compensation package including base and variable components as well as stock options Robust medical, dental, vision, and wellness benefits Flexible time off and remote work policies Generous leave policies and support for new and current parentsEmployer-sponsored 401(k) The anticipated annual salary range for this role is $150,000–$160,000 OTE. Actual compensation and title will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
