This is a strategic and execution-heavy role. You will lead how Zenity goes to market with partners and how we show up in industry groups shaping AI Agent security. You will own this function. Backed by $55M+ in funding, including a $38M Series B with strategic investment from Microsoft’s M12, Zenity is trusted by Fortune 500 enterprises globally.Join us in shaping how AI agents are secured at enterprise scale.What You’ll Do:Partner Marketing StrategyDefine the global partner marketing strategy based on revenue impact and market reachPrioritize partner types that align with Zenity’s ecosystem goals and revenue goalsDesign repeatable programs that scale without headcount dependencyAlign messaging and timing across teams to support field activation + launchesCampaign ExecutionBuild and launch campaigns with cloud, technology, integration partners and VARsCreate co-branded content, webinars, landing pages, and go-to-market materialsManage all execution elements including content, design, logistics, and follow-upOwn results and continuously refine based on dataCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Business Development to align marketing with partner growth goalsCollaborate with Product Marketing to build differentiated joint value propositionsSupport Sales with programs + materials that accelerate pipeline and close ratesMaintain visibility with leadership and report on impactMeasurement and ReportingOwn pipeline metrics tied to partner-sourced and influenced revenueReport on campaign performance and outcomes for all initiativesUse data to secure resources, defend priorities, and optimize future programs Requirements 5+ years of B2B SaaS partner marketing experience.Experience working with major cloud or platform ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow).Proven ability to build, not just maintain partner marketing programs.Demonstrated track record of driving measurable pipeline impact.Comfort operating in evolving, fast-moving environments.Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes.Experience in high-growth or venture-backed environments.Exposure to cybersecurity, AI, or security-adjacent markets preferred.
