What You'll Own Campaign Excellence & Strategic Development Develop and execute high-impact paid social advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and PinterestConsistently achieve monthly ad spend and revenue KPIs while maximising efficiency and ROIConduct data-oriented media buying with rigorous testing for new creatives, audiences, and strategies to scale campaignsUtilise advanced reporting tools including Shopify Reports, Motion, Agency Analytics, and Triple Whale to ensure all decisions are data-driven Creative Strategy & Performance Optimisation Champion Creative Strategy for your clients, developing core creative testing roadmaps and measuring performanceWrite direct-response copy that resonates with target audiences and creates thumb-stopping adsCollaborate closely with the design team to find new creative angles and breakthrough conceptsMonitor and report on campaign success to internal teams and clients, ensuring targets are met and performance is rising Client Partnership & Growth Foster strong client relationships by understanding their goals, setting clear expectations, and delivering exceptional serviceIdentify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clientele to strengthen brand foundationsWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and strategiesPresent clear, data-backed insights and growth recommendations to clients Continuous Innovation & Collaboration Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously refine advertising strategiesActively participate in team meetings, share expertise, and contribute to the overall success of the paid social teamWork closely with our Head of Paid Social and the rest of the team to ensure alignment on all activity and progressDevelop your skills through ongoing learning and professional development opportunities What You Bring Essential Experience 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising, with proven success managing clients with ad spend of at least £30k - £100k per monthDeep understanding of advertising platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and PinterestProven track record working with cross-functional teams in an advertising agency, startup, or service-based business environmentExtensive experience working with D2C industry clients and understanding their unique challengesT-shaped marketing knowledge with understanding of different areas of the marketing funnel Technical & Analytical Skills Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail -
