Our team builds and maintains the company’s trading ecosystem — powering live data feeds, integrations with external trading providers, and internal trading tools. We also contribute to B2B client-facing features that enhance market competitiveness. These initiatives often involve cross-team collaboration, while our core focus remains on the internal trading domain.


As a .NET Senior Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications using C#, ASP.NET , and related technologies. You will lead technical discussions, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and robust software solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards.


What You’ll Be Driving:



  • Design and implement scalable and efficient software architectures;



  • Write, test, and debug complex code for new and existing software applications;



  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members;



  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and best practices;



  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for software development and system design;



  • Lead and manage software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality(shared responsibility with Delivery Manager);



  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to align development efforts with business goals;



  • Research and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve software performance and development processes;



  • Identify and resolve complex software issues and technical challenges;



  • Develop and enforce testing protocols to ensure software reliability and performance;



  • Drive continuous improvement in software development practices and processes;



  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including presenting technical concepts and project updates;



  • Deliver code to production in a timely manner according to business expectations.

  • System Design & Architecture – strong experience designing scalable, resilient .NET systems using microservices, event-driven and cloud-native architectures (Azure/AWS);

  • Backend Expertise – advanced C# skills, RESTful API development, asynchronous programming, and deep understanding of design and resilience patterns (DDD, CQRS, circuit breaker, etc.);

  • Database Mastery – proficiency in SQL optimization, data modeling, indexing, and experience with both relational and NoSQL databases;

  • Messaging & Performance – hands-on Kafka expertise, high-load system optimization, caching, and distributed computing;

  • DevOps & Cloud – solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation;

  • Quality & Observability – strong focus on testing (xUnit, NUnit), monitoring (Serilog, App Insights), and secure coding practices;

  • Leadership & Collaboration – mentoring peers, driving technical decisions, and ensuring engineering excellence within Agile teams;

  • Languages – Upper-Intermediate+ English, fluent Ukrainian.
