Together, we will work on the project supports the development, launch, and improvement of marketing AI-powered features and products. This role blends product execution with foundational knowledge of AI and machine learning.Responsibilities:1. Foundational Product Responsibilities:Assist in defining product requirements for AI featuresHelp gather and synthesize user insights to guide problem definitionOwn the creation of PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteriaSupport vendor tool assessment to understand if a new vendor meets business requirementsParticipate and help to lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, and cross-team reviewsHelp maintain the AI product backlog, ensuring tasks are clearly defined and prioritizedMonitor progress toward milestones and flag risks or dependenciesSupport documentation, release notes, and launch readiness planning2. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, engineering and designers to support product developmentSupport data collection, and evaluation cycles3. Data & amp; Model Understanding (Foundational)Have a working understanding of machine learning concepts (accuracy, training data, model behavior)Assist in tracking basic AI performance metrics5. User Feedback & amp; Quality Monitoring Gather user input to understand how AI features are performingHelp identify issues related to accuracy, hallucinations, latency, or UX frictionAssist in coordinating bug triage and feature improvements6.
