The role is accountable for generating marketing qualified leads, converting them into sales qualified opportunities, and delivering sourced pipeline. K-12 is a new growth segment for JoVE and you'll establish how we reach this market with the scope to grow into ownership of the function as the segment scales.Responsibilities:Generate and qualify leads for the K-12 segment, moving prospects from initial interest to MQL to SQL, and partner closely with sales on handoff, follow-up, and conversionDrive awareness and engagement among teachers, curriculum leads, and district administrators through targeted campaigns Plan and run our presence at education conferences and events — booth logistics, materials, lead capture, and post-event nurture that converts leads into qualified opportunitiesProduce and deliver marketing materials for K-12 audiences: campaign assets, collateral, email, web, and social contentOptimize marketing strategy based on funnel performance, audience insight, and market feedbackMonitor campaign impact and ROI — track cost per lead, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution, and use what you learn to sharpen the next campaign A Bachelor’s degree5+ years in a marketing role, ideally in EdTech selling into schools or districtsA track record of generating qualified leads and pipeline, with the numbers to back it upHands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar)Event and conference marketing experience, with a focus on lead capture and conversionWillingness to travel for conferences and eventsSelf-directed, results driven and organized You can expect competitive compensation.You will make a direct impact in improving student learning in science education.Opportunity to work with global teams and in an environment that promotes innovation and collaboration.Our strong promotion from within culture draws a clear path to advance your career with us.
