ResponsibilitiesWebsite DevelopmentFormulate, design, and execute custom web pages and landing pagesRedesign existing ClearStar webpages to align with current branding guidelinesDevelop engaging visual content (graphics, videos, etc.) for website useOptimize website content for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences utilizing SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices.Monitor, analyze, and report on website analyticsMarketing Technology & InnovationUtilize AI-powered tools and emerging marketing technologies to improve content creation, campaign execution, reporting, and overall team efficiency.Research and recommend new marketing tools, processes, and best practices that support business growth.Lead Generation & Demand GenerationResearch, evaluate, and recommend new opportunities, channels, and marketing tactics to increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation results.Develop, launch, manage, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns across digital platforms.Create and manage landing pages, forms, CTAs, and conversion paths to maximize lead capture.Collaborate with Sales to ensure lead generation efforts are aligned with target accounts, buyer personas, and revenue goals.Monitor campaign performance and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improved ROI.Conduct A/B testing and implement continuous improvements to increase engagement, conversion rates, and lead quality.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviors to identify new demand generation opportunities.Social Media ManagementDevelop and implement social media strategies across platformsCreate engaging content and manage post schedulingMonitor social media conversations and respond to inquiries in a timely, on-brand mannerContent CreationWrite and edit marketing copy for social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materialsDevelop visual content (graphics, videos, etc.) tailored for social media channelsManage the content calendar and distribution strategyCollaborate with partners to source and secure third-party content for ClearStar useExecutive Marketing SupportServe as a strategic contributor by identifying new marketing opportunities, process improvements, and innovative ideas that support company growth objectives.Provide support to the Director of Marketing and VP of Sales & Marketing with coordination and execution of marketing and content-related tasks, including materials preparation for executive meetingsEnsure that strategic initiatives led by Marketing management are carried out on time and within budget by coordinating all necessary content production effortsWhat Success Looks Like in 6 MonthsBrand resultsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field6+ years of experience in a Marketing Specialist, Generalist, Manager, or similar roleThorough understanding of both traditional and digital marketing disciplines, including SEO/GEO, social media, email, and content marketingExpert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative SuiteExperience utilizing LLM’s/AI for assistance with content development, visual graphics and marketing efficiencyStrong graphic design sensibility with a keen eye for visual quality and brand consistencyExperience with web analytics platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads)Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPressExperience with Martech platforms, including HubSpotBasic video editing skills and familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., GoToWebinar)Demonstrable experience with marketing data analyticsExceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailCommercial awareness paired with a creative, solutions-oriented mindsetPreferred QualificationsProfessional marketing certification (e.g., American Marketing Association)Experience in background screening, Drug
