The Senior Marketing Program Manager develops programs to support go-to-market (GTM) plans for the Marketing organization. This individual contributor role will work with leadership and key stakeholders to identify business goals, plan initiatives, scope projects, align resources, track progress, and ensure effective governance. This role is responsible for overseeing the successful and ongoing delivery of the program’s objectives. What You’ll DoDevelop, launch and manage new programs to support the strategic plan of the Marketing organization Drive quarterly program planning to achieve organizational revenue targets and build business cases to facilitate prioritization and decision making Provide data and insight backed strategic guidance to program teams to prioritize projects, and know when to start, stop or evolve areas of opportunityDefine and monitor program performance measures with a goal of maximizing ROI and impact to revenue targets Define and apply change, risk, and resource managementProduce accurate and timely communication on program status updates to leadership and stakeholdersDevelop and implement business and operational processes that improve efficiency and deliver better business outcomesWhat You’ll Need Minimum Qualifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of relevant career experience and expertise6+ years experience in marketing or related disciplineExperience in marketing program management or marketing operations Preferred QualificationsDeep understanding of all steps in marketing GTM and how they come together to deliver against common outcomesExcellent analytical, project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret data, provide actionable insights, and lead multiple projects in a matrixed, global organizationProven ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis and drive motions to support performance metric effortsExperience working across global teams in a hyper-growth B2B SaaS or tech marketing environmentStrong analytical toolkit and ability to break complex and ambiguous problems into smaller, actionable solution stepsExperience driving innovation within marketing programs, such as designing new frameworks and tools that scale beyond existing operating modelsTravel Requirements & Working Conditions10% travel for customer and internal meetingsReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva officeHow You’ll Be Rewarded✅ Salary range in the US: $106,000.00 - $172,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
