Maltego combines a freemium product motion, a self-service webshop, and high-touch enterprise sales, making operational excellence critical across diverse channels and customer journeys. You’ll be the operational backbone of the marketing team, owning our data, systems, and performance tracking, while helping us scale our campaigns and lead funnel intelligently.   What to expectKey Responsibilities Ownandoptimizeour currentMarTechstack (Salesforce, Pardot),andsupportevaluation of new tools as our tech stack evolvesBuild andmaintaindashboards and reporting to track campaign performance, lead funnel metrics, and customer conversion across freemium,webshop, and enterprise touchpoints, with a particular focus on supporting product-led growth (PLG) motions as they apply toMaltego’smarketing and sales strategies.Develop and managelead scoring models, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle workflows based on user behavior and channelAutomate campaign assets such as email nurtures, landing pages, forms, and tracking linksImplement and enforce data governance best practices, including GDPR compliance and lead source attributionCollaborate cross-functionally withMarketing,RevOpsand Sales to improve lead handoff, pipeline acceleration, and marketing ROIEnsure CRM hygiene and process alignment between Marketing and Sales Your profile in short3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles in B2B SaaSStrong experience with Salesforce and Pardot (other CRM/Marketing Automation platformsis a plus)Deepunderstanding of marketing funnels, lifecycle tracking, attribution, and lead scoringExperience building dashboards and performance reports using tools like Salesforce, Looker Studio, or similarComfort working with data (Excel, basic SQL, or analytics platforms) to derive insightsSelf-starter with a builder mindset—eager toestablishprocesses and systems from scratchNice to Have:Familiarity with freemium and PLG motions,webshop/eCommerce funnels, and enterprise sales journeysExperience working in cyber intelligence, SaaS, or other data-driven environmentsKnowledge of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)Your tech skillsAbout this openingWhy you will love MaltegoMaltego is a scale-up company.
