This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, revenue systems, and applied AI—ensuring tools are intelligently configured, continuously optimized, and adopted effectively across marketing and sales development.The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience with Qualified, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Outreach, with a strong interest in building, training, and maintaining AI agents, automations, integrations, and improving data quality. The individual best suited for this role thrives on creativity and collaboration, powered by a deep curiosity. This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales Ops, RevOps, and Enablement to scale efficiency, insight, and impact.Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Automation StrategyDefine and execute the AI and automation roadmap across the marketing and revenue tech stackIdentify opportunities to apply AI for lead management, campaign optimization, personalization, forecasting, enablement, and operational efficiencyEvaluate, test, and implement AI capabilities within existing tools and emerging platforms, with a particular focus on Qualified, Hubspot, and Outreach.AI Training & OptimizationTrain and fine-tune AI models, copilots, and agents within tools such as Qualified, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and HighspotOptimize AI-driven workflows (e.g., lead routing, scoring, prioritization, content recommendations, conversation intelligence)Monitor AI performance, accuracy, bias, and impact; continuously iterate based on results, partnering with product marketing and solutions engineering to ensure accuracy and up-to-date informationAgent & Workflow DevelopmentDesign, build, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows using native platform automation and recommending new toolsIntegrate AI agents across systems to support end-to-end revenue processesDocument agent logic, prompts, guardrails, and governance standardsMartech Stack OwnershipWorking within Qualified, HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring clean data, scalable architecture, and strong integrations across platformsPartner with Marketing, Sales Ops and RevOps on areas of opportunity for workflow optimization with AI, including lead lifecycle, attribution, pipeline visibility, and forecastingSupport tools including Outreach, Highspot, and CaliberMindEnablement & AdoptionTrain marketing and SDR teams on AI-powered features and best practicesCreate documentation, playbooks, and governance for AI and automation usageAct as the internal subject matter export on AI applications within marketing operationsReporting & MeasurementDefine success metrics for AI and automation initiativesLeverage dashboards and reporting to measure impact on pipeline, conversion rates, efficiency, and revenueCommunicate insights and recommendations to leadership Requirements Required Experience & Skills4-7 years of Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Systems Operations experienceHands-on experience with HubSpot, Qualified, and Salesforce (required)Proficiency with BI/reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Sisense, or Calibermind, and the ability to translate data into actionExperience training, configuring, or optimizing AI features within martech and salestech platformsFamiliarity with SDR tools such as Outreach and HighspotExperience building automations and integrations using n8n or similar workflow toolsUnderstanding of AI agents, prompt design, workflow orchestration, and governanceExcellent cross-functional communication and documentation skillsNice to HaveExperience in global cybersecurity organizationsExperience with CaliberMind (or other multi-touch attribution platforms)Background in RevOps or Sales OpsFamiliarity with data enrichment, intent data, and conversation intelligence toolsExperience managing or mentoring junior ops team membersWhat Success Looks LikeAI-powered workflows are measurably improving speed, efficiency, and conversion across the funnelMarketing and sales teams trust and actively use AI-enabled toolsAutomation reduces manual work while improving data quality and insightThe martech stack scales intelligently as the business grows What we have to offer Competitive salaryMedical, dental, vision, 401(K), and additional incentives Culture of community and opportunity to work in a growing organization Room for career growth and professional development Training and educational opportunitiesCheckmarx is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
