They’re now seeking a Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing to take ownership of their marketing strategy, plan, and execution across digital, social, and event channels.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for developing and executing their marketing plan - driving global brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on implementation and requires a highly organized, creative, and analytical marketer with strong B2B life science experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with company sales goals.Build and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring consistent activity across all channels.Plan and coordinate campaigns, social media, and digital content to drive engagement and traffic.Manage and grow social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube) with targeted, consistent posting.Coordinate email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp or similar) and audience segmentation.Organize webinars, scientific events, trade shows, and product launches.Manage website updates, product landing pages, and SEO improvements.Track and report on campaign metrics, ROI, and KPIs - web traffic, leads, conversions, engagement.Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with commercial goals.Oversee creation of marketing materials — brochures, datasheets, visuals, and digital assets.Manage external vendors or freelancers (graphic design, PPC, PR) where needed.Salary: PH $3k / month and SA $4.5k / monthType of Work: Full-time remoteWork Schedule: Ireland Timezone In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (PhD or MSc a plus).5+ years’ experience in B2B or life science marketing.Proven experience managing multichannel campaigns and marketing calendars.Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, SEO, and emailautomation (Mailchimp/HubSpot).Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insight and action.Excellent communication and project management skills.Comfortable being hands-on across strategy, execution, and reporting.Experience in content creation, event coordination, and CRM systems is highly desirable.Reliable internet connection and consistent availability during designated hours.
