POSITION SUMMARY:The Senior Marketing Manager, Digital & Growth Marketing owns IMA’s digital marketing ecosystem and is responsible for driving measurable member and revenue growth across paid, owned, and lifecycle channels. This leader combines strategy with hands-on execution to build and optimize high-performing campaigns across social, digital media, email, and marketing automation.This role oversees the full digital funnel, from awareness through nurture and conversion, ensuring every channel is connected, data-driven, and aligned to business outcomes. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, operator, and coach: someone who can manage agencies and platforms, mentor a team, and continuously optimize performance to increase engagement, acquisition, and retention.This is an exciting opportunity to build, shape, and grow alongside a highly dedicated team that values collaboration, strong cross-functional partnership, and winning together. This position is a 3-month contract to hire role, with the opportunity to transition to full time position based on performance. This role can be remote, preferably on eastern time zone. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Digital & Growth StrategyOwn IMA’s digital growth strategy and marketing ecosystem across social, paid media, email, and lifecycle marketingDevelop integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive member acquisition, engagement, and revenue growthTranslate organizational goals into scalable digital programs with clear KPIs and measurable ROIPartner with Marketing, Membership, Product, and Sales/Partnerships teams to align campaigns to pipeline and revenue targetsDefine customer journey, nurture flows, and full lifecycle campaigns across IMA’s multiple audience segmentsPaid Media & SocialLead strategy and execution for paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platformsManage programmatic media agencies and external partners to ensure performance, efficiency, and accountabilityOversee organic social strategy and execution to strengthen brand awareness and engagementContinuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns using A/B testing and performance insightsEmail & Lifecycle MarketingSupport Email Marketing Specialist for email marketing strategy and execution, including nurture campaigns, segmentation, and automationManage HubSpot (or equivalent MAP) workflows, scoring, personalization, and lifecycle programsDevelop full-funnel nurture journeys to convert prospects and increase member retention and upsellEnsure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and email marketing best practicesMarketing Operations & SystemsPartner closely with internal teams to align HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and reporting infrastructureMaintain campaign tracking, attribution models, and dashboards to measure performance and elevate insights Use tools such as Monday.com to manage workflows, timelines, and cross-functional coordinationImprove processes, documentation, and scalability of the digital marketing engineAnalytics & OptimizationEstablish and monitor KPIs across acquisition, engagement, and conversion metricsDevelop and execute regular reporting that clearly demonstrates performance and ROI across channels Leverage data to continuously optimize targeting, messaging, and channel mixProvide actionable insights and recommendations to leadershipTeam & Vendor LeadershipManage and mentor a growing digital marketing team Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementSet priorities, coach performance, and support professional developmentOversee agency and vendor relationships, scopes of work, and budgets Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesBalances hands-on execution with strategic leadership, bringing a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset, strong ownership, and a collaborative, team-first approachStrong understanding of performance marketing and full-funnel digital strategyExpertise in paid social advertising (LinkedIn, Meta) and programmatic media managementExperience leading team usage of and the ability to work directly in Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn and Meta ad managementDeep knowledge of email marketing, marketing automation, and lifecycle best practicesExperience with HubSpot and Salesforce or similar CRM/MAP integrationsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionExcellent project management and organizational skillsAbility to balance strategy with hands-on executionComfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholdersStrong communication and coaching skills
