Senior Marketing Manager, Americas (Field & Partner Marketing) Location: Remote (Americas) Travel: Required for key events   About the Role Koantek is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to execute field, partner, and demand generation marketing across the Americas, with a strong focus on joint marketing initiatives with Databricks. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role responsible for turning marketing strategy into action, running campaigns, activating partners, supporting sales, and ensuring programs are delivered on time and with impact. Key Responsibilities Field & Demand Generation ●     Execute regional demand gen programs across campaigns, webinars, and events ●     Support pipeline generation through coordinated field marketing initiatives ●     Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-ups Partner & Joint Marketing ●     Execute joint marketing programs with Databricks, including: ○     Co-branded campaigns ○     Joint webinars and workshops ○     Field events and executive sessions ●     Coordinate closely with Databricks partner marketing and sales teams on messaging, timelines, and deliverables ●     Support MDF-funded initiatives and ensure clean execution Events & Field Execution (Travel Required) ●     Plan and execute in-person and virtual events (conferences, roadshows, webinars) ●     Coordinate event logistics, materials, speakers, and on-site support ●     Manage post-event follow-up with sales and partners Content & Cross-Channel Coordination ●     Coordinate development of decks, one-pagers, emails, event materials, and customer stories ●     Proactively gather inputs and approvals from internal teams and partners ●     Work with social teams to align promotion around key campaigns and events Marketing Operations ●     Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and execution documentation ●     Support CRM and marketing automation execution (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) ●     Ensure leads, assets, and campaign data are properly tracked Qualifications ●     4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or partner marketing ●     Proven experience executing campaigns, events, and regional programs ●     Strong project management and organizational skills ●     Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, partners, and leadership ●     Strong written and verbal communication skills ●     Willingness to travel for events Preferred Experience ●     B2B technology, data, cloud, or services marketing ●     Partner and co-marketing program experience ●     Familiarity with Databricks or cloud ecosystem partners ●     Experience working across multiple time zones Benefits- Health Insurance- 401K- HSA
