Core Responsibilities:The Marketing Coordinator / Senior Marketing Coordinator supports marketing initiatives for Newmark’s Property Management business. This role partners closely with property management market leaders across the country to develop high-quality marketing solutions, collateral, and communications that drive client retention, business growth, and tenant engagement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate team needs and deliver polished, on-brand materials under tight deadlines.Develop familiarity with company programs, marketing technology, and service offerings to effectively support property management marketing initiatives.Follow Newmark branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.Participate in team meetings; understand objectives, capture action items, and proactively anticipate needs to keep projects on track.Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create marketing solutions that support pursuits, client communications, property onboarding, operations initiatives, and tenant engagement.Assist in developing marketing collateral, including presentations, proposals/RFP responses, brochures, pitchbooks, case studies, fact sheets, and email communications.Create and maintain marketing files, templates, and compliance documentation (brand/legal approvals, disclosures, vendor forms) to ensure consistency and audit readiness.Maintain informational marketing databases and libraries (bios/resumes, property stats, service line sheets, case studies, awards, imagery, floor plans) to ensure accuracy and version control.Coordinate logistics for pursuits, including timelines, content collection, and stakeholder reviews.Perform other duties as assigned.Core CompetenciesExcellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.Superior grammatical and writing abilities.Exceptional working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (particularly Outlook and PowerPoint)Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.Experience creating marketing pitches, presentations, property marketing collateral, websites/landing pages, digital and print advertisements, social media marketing, etc.Can convert research-based data into a visually compelling story for presentations, market updates, infographics, graphs, etc.Preferred Skills/Experience3+ years Marketing Coordinator experienceKnowledge of commercial real estate industry.Video editing/creation using Premiere Pro.Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Mac and PCHTML/CSSSalary: $75,000 - $82,500 annuallyThe expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $82,500 annually.  The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.  In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).Working Conditions: Normal working conditions with the absence of disagreeable elementsNote: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified.Newmark is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
