Humana’s CenterWell Marketing organization is hiring a Senior Marketing Associate (Senior Product Marketer) to support the growth of CenterWell Home Solutions. This role will contribute to strategic marketing initiatives focused on patient acquisition, sales enablement, and local marketing support for our more than 350 home health branches.Reporting to the Director of CenterWell Home Solutions Marketing, the Senior Marketing Associate (Senior Product Marketer) will play a leading role consulting with business partners to understand business goals, develop data-driven strategies to meet those objectives, lead a cross-functional team through flawless execution, and measure success so we can continuously improve our efforts. The position is ideal for marketers who thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and are passionate about guiding members through their healthcare journey.Key Role FunctionsDevelop and lead B2B sales engagement campaigns to promote new patient acquisition, clinical services, and advanced clinical programsManage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid media, collateral creation, and communications for provider audiences who recommend home health services to their patientsMaintain and update sales engagement resources and collateral, oversee marketing requests, and manage asset inventoryOversee patient marketing communications, including Start of Care kits and patient loyalty programs, ensuring compliance and consents are maintainedDefine and monitor campaign objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics; provide regular updates to sales leadershipManage vendor relationships and campaign budgets, ensuring effective project executionAnalyze business opportunities using historical data, consumer research, and competitive intelligenceOptimize marketing activities through analytics and report marketing performance to key business partnersFirst Year Success FactorsProjects you manage produce measurable resultsYour strategies are acknowledged by others as smart and effectiveRecognition among team members as a marketing expert who gets resultsDevelopment of effective partnerships with internal clients and team membersUse your skills to make an impact  Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in direct response marketing, digital marketing, sales enablement marketing, or related fieldExperience optimizing marketing activities by leveraging analytics; comfortable working with large datasets and translating findings into actionable recommendationsExperience working with clients to deliver solutions that meet their needsExcellent planning and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to implement projects and meet deadlinesDemonstrated ability to develop strategies that achieve business goalsStrong business acumen skills, including comfort with financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business or related fieldDemonstrated leadership abilityExperience in the healthcare or health insurance industryExperience in B2B marketing or sales enablement marketingAdditional InformationTo ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggestedSatellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadershipEmployees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA informationHumana offers a variety of benefits to promote the best health and well-being of our employees and their families.
