Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist

Collect, maintain, and analyze of data for business, product and market development. Provide recommendations based on insights gathered from analysis. Roles include but are not limited to, market research, competitive analysis, campaign analysis and advanced analytics.Leverage technical expertise in data mining and advanced statistics to conduct research studies for business development insightsBuild statistical models to analyze and optimize products and services, providing actionable insights in real timeDesign and implement statistical tests to verify the modelsGuides lower-level Market Research analysts as neededInfluence business partners/teams to implement insightsPrepare detailed and accurate written reports (including data tables, charts and graphics) with sound, actionable business insight for presentation to management and internal business partnersMentor and support the professional development of new and existing staff in data mining and predictive analyticsJob SpecificationsTypically has the following skills or abilities:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience4+ years’ experience in related analytics work using appropriate statistical methods4+ years’ experience using analytic results to provide insight for management and business partnersPortfolio of work and completed projectsDemonstrated experience in developing information solutions in a data warehouse environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multi-task and work under strict deadlinesAbility to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties#LI-VISIONCARECompensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
