This means you'll generate, execute and report on marketing programs such as events, webinars and digital campaigns that generate and accelerate new business and expansion pipeline for the segment with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Gen and Customer Marketing.If you're a data-driven, customer-obsessed, problem-solving marketer with an unparalleled level of ownership plus B&G expertise, we want to talk to you.This role can be office-based or remote, with a preference of being located in EMEA.What you’ll do:Build and execute a vertical-specific acquisition planGenerate and execute creative marketing programs to drive generation and nurture of leads, early pipeline and ABX initiatives for new business and expansionAlign with sales leaders, AEs, BDRs and account management teams to communicate plans, actions, follow up and insights that need action weekly, monthly and at quarterly business reviewsCollaborate with global field marketing to align resourcing, planning, capacity and maximize the return on event investment for the regionCollaborate cross functionally within marketing, sales and other functions needed to ensure the vertical meets its pipeline and revenue goals.Participate and present in pipeline reviews, QBRs and forecast discussionsCreate tight feedback loops between field insights and marketing executionRepresent vertical needs, nuances and requirements as inputs for campaign planning and executionTravel approximately 30%What you'll bring:6-10+ years of demand generation in B2B SaaS across multiple channels, including 2+ years of account based experience (ABX)/ Account based marketing (ABM) experienceAbility to lead collaboration across marketing, sales, SMEs within the business in the mission to support B&G sales goalsAbility to collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to generate compelling messages and content in programsCommunication skills, the ability to manage in-segment marketing programs and collaborate to deliver sales playsStrategic thinking with the comfort and ability to roll up your sleevesPerformance-driven and analyticsExperience marketing to the B&G segment a plusHubSpot experience a plusSome sales experience a plusTravel approximately 30%What we offer:Competitive salary packageHybrid or remote work modelEmployer paid benefits for employee + dependentsAn opportunity to immediately impact a smart, growing, multi-cultural teamUnlimited PTOPaid Maternity and Enhanced paternal leaveAccess to continuous development tools and a strong coaching cultureSEON Technologies collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
