Risepoint brings single-minded dedication to student success, an integrated set of services, and data-driven performance to our collaboration with university partners.Job SummaryThe Senior Manager, Marketing Project is responsible for leading high-impact marketing and creative projects on behalf of our University Partners with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, strategic execution, and process improvement. This role requires advanced project management capabilities, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to optimize workflows in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Project Manager supports organizational priorities by managing complex initiatives across channels, leading process innovations and SOP development, and managing the performance and career development of junior team members.The Marketing Project Management team drives operational excellence through rigorous project oversight, collaboration across teams, and optimization of marketing workflows. This team leads the execution of complex marketing campaigns that support our University Partner and company goals, brand integrity, and business performance.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesLeads the planning, scoping, execution, and delivery of multiple large-sized projects simultaneously such as website builds, new partner and program launches, and CMS migrations, ensuring they are completed on time and within scopeLeads group of project managers within the marketing department; Oversee group’s projects to ensure on-time, on-budget, and establish overall project status timelineCollaborates with Sr. Manager/Director/VP/ELT-level stakeholders across multiple business functions to align priorities and goals; identify dependencies; triage risks and issues; and facilitate expedient trade-off discussionsMonitors and reports on resource capacity of marketing teams, and utilizes creative problem solving to unblock teams and optimize efficiency; flags project prioritization concerns to internal stakeholders as neededLeads project retrospectives and synthesizes key learnings for ongoing process improvementDevelops project documentation including roadmaps, workflows, status reports, and dashboardsEvolves project management systems to improve operations visibility, reporting, and capacity planningCreates onboarding plans and oversees the training and development of new project management hires; trains internal stakeholders on marketing project management processes and toolsLeads organizational and departmental process optimization and documentation efforts; Evangelizes improvements through organizationLeads team knowledge sharing and strategic planning; develops and maintains project management team SOPsChampions adoption and improvement of project management and other creative optimization toolsAdditional Position ResponsibilitiesPerform in accordance with Risepoint PoliciesPerform other duties as assignedJob QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Project Management, Communications, or related field Marketing, Business, Project Management, Communications, or related fieldExperience:A minimum of 7+ years of advanced experience in project or programming managementMinimum of 3 years of experience managing a team of 2–5 individuals.Minimum of 3+ years of significant experience managing website and digital marketing projects.5 years of experience or more working in Higher Education, Creative Agency, and/or Online Program Management (OPM) company is preferred.Licenses & Certifications: Project management certification (PMP, etc.) is preferred.Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:Strong project management and organization skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, TeamsAbility to effectively interact with a variety of teams (creative, UX, development, scrum masters, project managers, product marketers) at all levels of management within an organization (specialist, manager, director, VP, ELT)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong task and time management abilities, as well as the interpersonal skills needed to build and maintain effective relationships.Demonstrated experience in project performance measurement, KPI analysis, workflow optimization, and resource planning.Strong track record in risk management, strategic problem-solving, and developing and optimizing processes to drive efficiency and mitigate issues.Proficiency with sophisticated project management tools and with Adobe Workfront.Mentorship and team career developmentIn-depth understanding of web project workflows, terminology, etc.Proven ability to work independently in a global remote environment, with the capacity to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively.Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies, including SEO, UX, digital, traditional, email, and social mediaQuick learner, innovative, proactive, flexible, curious, and adaptable.#LI-AD1#LI-USA,RemoteRisepoint offers the following comprehensive benefits:18 days PTO + Winter Shutdown 12 designated holidays + 1 floating holiday Medical – four options  Dental Vision Life & Disability (company paid) Flexible Spending Account & Health Savings Account Retirement plan with company match Maternity / Paternity / Parental Leave (company paid) Volunteer Time Off Supplemental Benefits:Wellness programAlternative medicine optionsPet discountsAccident, Critical Illness and Hospital IndemnityPersonal and Professional Development:Continuous Professional and Leadership Development Programs Tuition Reimbursement for employees and their dependents Rewards & Recognition programsRisepoint is an equal-opportunity employer and supports a diverse and inclusive workforce.
