Our product portfolio includes market-leading Career Transition and Coaching Services as well as Progression, our application for Career Frameworks and progression planning.THE ROLEAs our Senior Manager of Marketing Operations and Demand Enablement you will own and scale the marketing infrastructure within HubSpot to enable efficient lead capture, routing, and lifecycle management across all channels, while supporting and optimizing key demand generation programs including content syndication and AI-driven outbound.This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role.THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing Operations & HubSpot Ownership Own end-to-end HubSpot architecture, including workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and automationLead CRM migration, integration, and system consolidation effortsEnsure accurate lead capture, attribution, and routing across all channelsOwn UTM strategy and governance, partnering with web, paid, and SEO teams to ensure consistent tracking, campaign attribution, and data integrity Build and maintain campaign infrastructure (lists, workflows, forms, tracking)Own and build email nurture programs, including lifecycle-based drip campaigns to improve lead engagement and conversion Enable and operationalize all outbound email execution in HubSpot, including campaigns, event workflows, and customer communications Maintain data hygiene, compliance, and system scalabilityPartner with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up processesDemand Enablement & Program Support Own and manage content syndication partnerships (e.g., BANT programs), including vendor coordination, campaign setup, targeting, and ongoing optimizationDrive performance across syndication programs, including lead volume, lead quality, and cost per SQL, making adjustments to improve ROIOwn AI SDR program execution, including setup, integration into HubSpot, sequencing, and ongoing optimizationMonitor and improve conversion rates from lead → MQL → SQL for all owned programsEstablish and maintain clear reporting on pipeline contribution and program performanceIdentify and implement opportunities to improve targeting, messaging, and funnel efficiency across programsPartner with sales to ensure effective lead follow-up and feedback loops for continuous improvementCross-Functional EnablementAct as the central owner of marketing systems and campaign execution infrastructureSupport events, customer success, and marketing teams with HubSpot-driven executionEstablish intake, prioritization, and execution processes for campaign requestsEnforce consistent use of UTMs, naming conventions, and tracking standardsReporting & InsightsOwn HubSpot reporting end-to-end, including dashboards, lifecycle tracking, and pipeline visibilityBuild and continuously evolve reporting frameworks and views as the business, GTM motion, and funnel maturity developProvide visibility into campaign performance and pipeline contributionIdentify data gaps and improve tracking and attributionCORE COMPETENCIES Technical & SystemsDeep expertise in HubSpot (workflows, lists, scoring, reporting, integrations)Strong understanding of marketing attribution, UTM tracking, and funnel analyticsExperience with data hygiene, segmentation, and CRM architectureFamiliarity with integrations (e.g., SDR tools, enrichment platforms, webinar/event tools)AnalyticalAbility to analyze funnel performance and identify conversion gapsStrong attention to detail in data accuracy and reportingComfortable working with metrics like MQL, SQL, conversion rates, and pipeline contributionExecution & OperationsHighly organized with strong project management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and high request volumeProcess-oriented with a focus on scalability and efficiencyCollaboration & CommunicationStrong cross-functional communication skillsAbility to translate business needs into technical executionComfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersTHE MUST-HAVES6–10+ years in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or CRM management in a B2B environment3–5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (required), including workflow automation, lead scoring, and reportingProven experience supporting demand generation programs (content syndication, outbound, lifecycle campaigns)Experience working through CRM migrations or system consolidations strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, sales, customer success)THE NICE-TO-HAVESExperience with AI SDR tools or outbound automation platformsExperience managing or supporting content syndication programsFamiliarity with BANT qualification frameworksExposure to tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or enrichment platformsAt Careerminds, we believe that diversity in thought and cultural background leads to better teams and stronger companies.
