This role partners closely with senior business leaders, Digital & PR leadership, and global marketing to deliver integrated marketing activity across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models, ensuring the value of proximity, domain expertise, and global scale are clearly and credibly articulated. This is a hands-on, execution-led leadership role, ideal for a senior marketer with deep experience in BPO or managed services environments who thrives in complex, matrixed organisations.Key responsibilitiesMarketing operations & executionLead day-to-day marketing operations across the AmericasTranslate business priorities into executable marketing plans, campaigns, events, and contentOrchestrate internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and on budgetAct as the primary operational backstop for Americas marketing executionBusiness leadership partnershipPartner closely with Americas-based business leaders to:Shape go-to-market narrativesSupport priority growth initiativesTranslate complex service offerings into clear, compelling marketing outputsBring strong understanding of hybrid delivery models, including the role and value of onshore operations alongside nearshore and offshore deliveryThought leadership & content (joint accountability)Share accountability with Digital & PR leadership for overall thought leadership outcomes across the AmericasOwn execution of business- and growth-led thought leadership, including:Client-relevant POVsCapability narrativesEvent and sales-enabled contentPersonally draft, edit, and refine content as requiredWork closely with subject matter experts to extract insight and translate it into publishable materialCollaborate with Digital & PR leadership on narrative-led and reputation-focused thought leadership, amplification, and external visibilityEvents & field marketingOwn planning and execution of industry events, executive roundtables, and client forumsManage vendors, logistics, budgets, and post-event follow-upPartner with sales and leadership teams to define objectives and measure outcomesVendor & partner managementManage agencies, freelancers, designers, content partners, and event vendorsOwn briefing, quality control, timelines, and spend disciplineEnsure partners operate as extensions of the marketing function, not drivers of strategyCollaboration & integrationWork closely with Digital & PR leadership to ensure alignment across campaigns, content, PR, and digital amplificationPartner with global marketing to ensure consistency with enterprise narrative and brand standardsRepresent marketing operations confidently in regional leadership forumsQualificationsRequired10–15 years of marketing experienceStrong background in BPO, managed services, or outsourcingExperience marketing blended delivery models, including:Onshore operationsNearshore centresOffshore deliveryProven ability to write clearly and persuasivelyExperience working directly with senior business leadersComfortable operating with lean teams and limited structurePreferredPrior leadership of marketing for a small to mid-sized BPO or services firmExperience supporting regulated or risk-sensitive industriesStrong operational and commercial orientationSuccess indicatorsHigh confidence from Americas leadership in marketing executionImproved quality, relevance, and consistency of marketing outputsStrong commercial impact from events and thought leadershipEffective collaboration across business, Digital & PR, and global marketingAdditional InformationRRD's current salary range for this role is $117700 to $188400 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
