Senior Manager I, Marketing & Campaign Strategy Position ProfileThe Senior Manager I, Marketing & Campaign Strategy will support the Production organization within the Dealer Channel. This leader will contribute to—and fully understand—the business targets related to campaigns and go‑to‑market strategy. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the market, the customer, and the company’s culture. They are a collaborative partner who approaches challenges with creativity and ensures best‑practice marketing principles are embedded into campaign development. This role plays a key part in shaping strategy as well as managing and executing digital and non‑digital campaigns that drive pipeline growth, support retention initiatives, and contribute to revenue. Job Duties and Responsibilities Translate business goals and objectives into actionable strategies, including integrated marketing plans and audience‑specific content strategies that drive engagement, leads, pipeline, and revenue. Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns using a mix of creative tactics, including multi‑channel digital programs, content marketing, SEO, ABM, social media, events, advertising, and direct mail. Ensure consistent, benefit‑focused messaging across all marketing deliverables that address customer needs and opportunities. Demonstrate expertise in marketing automation, including building multi‑step nurture campaigns, optimizing existing programs, and working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Partner with Demand Generation and broader cross‑functional teams to ensure new programs align with marketing strategy, value propositions, and business objectives. Plan, manage, and execute campaigns on time and within scope. Identify performance gaps, analyze results, and implement course‑correction actions to optimize campaign outcomes. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to maintain alignment and visibility. Understand and apply buyer‑journey insights to campaign development. Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications) Typically Requires: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of digital marketing and campaign management experience. B2B experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, or IT is preferred. Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital strategies that drive demand. Experience creating, launching, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, search, advertising, events, and content channels. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Exceptional B2B writing skills and proficiency in PowerPoint. Deep understanding of the marketing funnel, metrics, and analytics used to optimize campaigns. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and paid media tactics. Goal‑oriented with strong creative and innovative thinking skills. Audience‑focused mindset (buyers, customers, users). Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently. Strong communication skills and experience developing presentations. Excellent collaboration, influence, and cross‑functional partnership skills. Knowledge of messaging frameworks and methodologies. Ability to stay current on marketing and technology trends. Strong critical thinking, project management, and time management capabilities.
