Job Requisition ID #26WD99814Position OverviewThe Senior Manager, Creator & Influencer Marketing will build and scale Flow Studio's creator ecosystem. This person will identify, recruit, and grow relationships with creators who inspire the next generation of filmmakers, designers, artists, gamers, and storytellers. They will own creator campaigns from strategy through execution, helping turn creators into advocates while generating content that drives awareness, engagement, and product adoption.This role sits at the intersection of creator marketing, community, content strategy, and product marketing, working closely with social, growth, creative, product, and partnerships teams.ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute Flow Studio's creator and influencer strategyIdentify emerging creators across AI, filmmaking, animation, gaming, VFX, design, and digital artsRecruit, negotiate, onboard, and manage creator partnershipsBuild long-term ambassador relationships rather than one-off campaignsDevelop scalable creator programs, challenges, and ambassador initiativesPartner with creators to produce authentic, high-performing content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, and emerging platformsEnsure content showcases product capabilities while maintaining creator authenticityCoordinate launch campaigns around new Flow Studio featuresDevelop repeatable content series that educate and inspire creatorsDefine KPIs for creator marketing including:ReachEngagementVideo viewsProduct signupsMonthly Active UsersCreator-generated assetsAnalyze campaign performance and continuously optimize investmentsIdentify opportunities to turn viral moments into sustained growthGrow an active ecosystem of Flow Studio creatorsFoster relationships with top creators through events, Discord, livestreams, and exclusive previewsCreate programs that reward creator success and encourage ongoing participationPartner with Product Marketing on launchesWork with Creative to develop campaign conceptsCoordinate with Social on publishing strategyCollaborate with Growth Marketing to optimize creator-driven acquisitionShare creator insights back with Product teamsMinimum Qualifications5+ years in creator marketing, influencer marketing, social marketing, or digital partnershipsExperience managing creator relationships at scaleStrong understanding of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Discord, and emerging creator platformsExperience negotiating creator partnerships and managing campaign budgetsExcellent storytelling and communication skillsHighly analytical with experience measuring ROIPassion for AI creativity, filmmaking, gaming, animation, or digital creationPreferred ExperienceExperience marketing AI products or creative softwareExisting network of creators within AI, VFX, gaming, design, or filmmakingExperience working with agencies and creator management firmsFamiliarity with attribution, affiliate programs, and creator analyticsLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $103,000 and $183,920. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
