This individual will be responsible for coordinating complex initiatives, developing executive materials, and operating at a high level of senior autonomy.Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:Develop & manage routines for monthly investment portfolio reporting, business reviews, performance metrics definition & tracking, and stakeholder managementWork closely and partner with the members of Technology, Finance, and teams in Digital, Data, & AI businessesCoordinate responses to ad-hoc executive requests across product leaders & teamsAct as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environmentLead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterpriseDeliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinkingCoordinate highly complex activities and guidance to othersProvide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impactStrategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterpriseServe as an expert advisor to leadershipRequired Qualifications:  7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Skilled in building strong working relationships and collaborating with broad range of partners and stakeholdersAbility to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple prioritiesData and outcome driven, with a history of designing and implementing measurement systems, reporting and analytics that tie business performance results to financial outcomesExcellent PowerPoint skills with focus on creating executive-ready presentationsExpert-level skills in using spreadsheets to analyze and automate complex informationOutstanding problem-solving skills & analytical skills, with ability to turn findings into actionable solutionsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge and understanding of all consumer business lines, including Deposits, Payments, Lending, and InvestmentsKnowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, or investment planning processes to support portfolio performance routines.Job Expectations:Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
