Senior iOS Engineer

We are a well-funded LA-based startup operating in the e-commerce space. Our platform is designed to bring convenience to online shoppers while providing new opportunities for our retail partners and digital marketplaces. We are currently on the hunt for a Remote Senior iOS Engineer to join our lean, highly collaborative mobile team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving our mobile application's growth and development, directly impacting our users and business partners' experience.

Position Overview

As a Senior iOS Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and management of our iOS application. You will collaborate with a team of talented engineers to introduce new features, improve existing functionality, and ensure high performance and responsiveness. This is a remote position, therefore, strong communication skills and experience with remote work tools are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for our iOS platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience as an iOS developer.
• Proficient in Swift/SwiftUI and React Native.
• Experience with Redux/MobX, Play Store Console, AWS Amplify, and Flutter/Dart.
• AWS Mobile Developer and Mobile App Security Certification.
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Experience with remote work tools and practices.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Home office setup with reliable internet.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Mobile Web Specialist certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
