Senior Full-Stack Developer — Affiliate Marketing Platform

About Traffic LabelTraffic Label is a fast-growing, data-driven technology company operating in the iGaming and affiliate marketing space, building scalable products focused on performance, analytics, and automation across global markets.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team and work on our affiliate marketing platform. This platform manages affiliate relationships, tracks player activity across multiple gaming operators, processes financial data, and generates commission reports.You will work across the full stack — from backend data processing and integrations to frontend dashboards and admin tools.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain backend services for real-time event processing and data ingestion from multiple sourcesBuild and enhance REST APIs for affiliate dashboards, admin panels, and reportingImplement financial logic including revenue share, CPA tracking, and multi-currency calculationsIntegrate with external gaming platforms and third-party systemsDevelop and maintain React-based frontends, including internal tools and affiliate portalsWork with event-driven architecture (e.g. Kafka) for scalable data processingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality featuresImprove existing codebase and contribute to system scalability and performanceSkills & ExperienceStrong experience with Java (Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, SQL)Proficiency in React and TypeScriptSolid experience with PostgreSQL, including query optimization and data modelingUnderstanding of event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar)Experience with REST API design and developmentFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing practicesExperience with AWS (ECS, RDS, S3) or similar cloud platformsAbility to work independently and take ownership of tasksStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on scalable, high-impact products in a growing iGaming businessCollaborative and fast-paced engineering environmentExposure to modern technologies and architectureCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesFlexible working environment and supportive team culture
