This role will lead and grow a high-performing Marketing Operations team. This role will be responsible for driving marketing operations excellence, leading cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring flawless execution of our marketing strategy while optimizing team performance and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership & ExecutionServe as strategic advisor to the CMO on key marketing initiativesLead cross-functional projects spanning marketing, sales, product, and customer successDrive quarterly business reviews, campaign retrospectives, and strategic planning sessionsDrive strategic and operational support for Board reportingMonitor marketing KPIs and campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunitiesFacilitate and support executive-level marketing decisions and priority settingMarketing Operations & Process ExcellenceStreamline marketing team operations and campaign execution processesOversee marketing technology stack optimization and integration projectsManage marketing budget tracking, forecasting, and vendor relationship coordination with FP&A partnersImplement process improvements to increase team efficiency and campaign effectivenessLead marketing automation workflows and lead management optimizationProgram Management & Special ProjectsManage high-impact marketing initiatives including product launches, event strategies, and market expansionCoordinate complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through executionLead marketing transformation projects such process or program improvement or new tool implementationsSupport brand refresh, messaging updates, and positioning strategy developmentPeople Leadership & CommunicationDirectly manage, mentor, and develop a team of Marketing Operations and Analytics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Define the team’s roadmap and resource allocation to ensure the operations function is ahead of the business's growth needs.Facilitate marketing team meetings, standups, and cross-functional alignment sessionsManage internal marketing communications and team updatesSupport marketing leadership development and team performance optimizationServe as liaison between marketing and other departments on shared initiativesAnalytics & Performance ManagementOwn marketing reporting infrastructure and executive dashboard development including working with enterprise data teamConduct deep-dive analysis on campaign performance, attribution, and ROISupport marketing spend optimization and budget allocation decisionsLead marketing attribution modeling and measurement framework improvementsAnalyze funnel performance and identify conversion optimization opportunitiesAttributes for a Successful CandidateRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred10+ years of experience in marketing operations, strategy, or business operations, preferably in B2B SaaSExperience directly managing a team, with a proven track record of developing talent and building high-performing operations functions within Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, and Planning functionsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce)Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systemsExceptional project management and cross-functional coordination abilitiesDeep understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead management, and attribution modelsProven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder marketing initiativesComfortable working with all levels of management including executive level and BoardPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in strategic programs, marketing operations, or similar role at a SaaS companyExperience with marketing technology stack (Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Outreach, etc.)Experience with demand generation, account-based marketing, or digital marketing campaignsComfortable working with data and BI, analytics tools (ie Tableau)Background in management consulting or high-growth company operationsUnderstanding of SaaS metrics, unit economics and go-to-market strategiesExperience with marketing budget management and vendor negotiationsOur Company ValuesCustomer obsession: Apply relentless focus on listening to and understanding customers as the core of everything we doWin, together: Drive to be the best while supporting each other’s successGritty resilience: Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, balancing immediate priorities with big-picture strategic goalsPersonal improvement: Stay eager to share insights, seek feedback, and continuously learnConstant innovation: Challenge the status quo and drive improvementsPerks*Launch a career at one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in North America!Live your best life (LYBL)!
