Our passion for the well-being of animals and those who care for them drives us to advance the world of veterinary medicine. Covetrus is looking for a Senior Director of Integrated Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of marketing efforts that grow demand and deepen engagement with our veterinary practice customers, distributors, and ecosystem partners. In this role you’ll connect marketing, sales, and product to drive measurable business outcomes in a complex, multi-channel environment.You’ll own how Covetrus tells its story to vets, practice owners, and industry partners, and you’ll build programs that drive lead pipeline, increase share of wallet, and strengthen loyalty across our customer segments.What you’ll doLead the Integrated Marketing function for Covetrus’, including demand generation, go-to market on new initiatives, account-based marketing, lifecycle programs, content strategy, and customer growth initiativesTranslate Covetrus’ brand and offerings into compelling value propositions for veterinary practices, distributors, and industry partnersWork closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Channel Owners and Category Management to align marketing strategy with revenue goals and customer needsBuild and execute marketing plans that drive measurable impact on pipeline, acquisition, retention, and customer valueShape go-to-market approaches for new product launches, service offerings, and strategic initiatives tailored to the vet industryLeverage data and customer insights to optimize campaign performance, refine targeting, and improve marketing ROIRepresent the voice of Covetrus and our value proposition across our business portfolio across the organization and champion marketing’s role in driving growth.Mentor and lead a team of experienced marketers, setting direction and holding the team accountable to resultsReport on performance, priorities, risks, and opportunities to senior leadershipWhat success looks likeMarketing programs that consistently contribute to revenue and practice growth targets to multiple business unitsStrong alignment with Sales, Product, and Practice Services, with shared goals and transparent performance metricsDeliver a data-driven B2B marketing engine that delivers lead pipeline as well as share of wallet gains across customer/business segmentsA team that is clear on priorities, empowered to execute, and accountable for resultsDeepening relationships with both internal and external partnersWhat we’re looking for10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleProven track record building and scaling demand generation and account-based marketing programs in complex B2B environmentsDemonstrated success leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and media channels.Strong strategic and operational balance to craft high-level marketing strategies and execute hands-on GTM plans across multiple channelsExceptional storytelling, writing, and strong executive presence with the ability to manage up and across business and cross-functional leadershipExperience working closely with sales teams and cross-functional partners to drive joint outcomesComfort with using data and analytics to guide strategy and measure performanceStrong communicator with excellent planning and execution skillsExperience in SaaS, technology, healthcare, or veterinary industries is a plusWe offer the following benefits for you to take advantage of while you are here provided you meet the eligibility requirements under each governing program:401k savings & company matchPaid time offPaid holidaysMaternity leaveParental leaveMilitary leaveOther leaves of absenceHealth, dental, and vision benefitsHealth savings accountsFlexible spending accountsLife & disability benefits​Identity theft protectionPet insuranceCertain positions may include eligibility for a short-term incentive planSalary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location.
