This role requires someone who can confidently consult with prospective clients on digital marketing strategies and paid media channels while driving new revenue for the company.You’ll report directly to the Director of Sales with a dotted-line relationship to the Marketing Manager and collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, and client success teams. This position offers the opportunity to help shape go-to-market strategy while remaining hands-on with prospecting, consulting, and closing new business.This is a 100% remote position open to qualified U.S.-based candidates.What you'll doDrive New RevenueLead and close high-value deals by owning the outbound sales process from prospecting to close.Target dental practices and healthcare professionals through consultative, solutions-based selling.Build strong relationships with prospective clients and guide them through the sales process.Consult on Digital Marketing StrategyEducate prospects on how digital marketing drives patient acquisition and practice growth.Present strategic solutions involving:SEO and organic search visibilityGoogle Ads / paid search campaignsMeta advertising (Facebook & Instagram)Local search optimizationLead generation funnels and Website conversion strategy and analyticsTranslate complex marketing strategies into clear business outcomes for clients.Optimize Performance StrategyAnalyze digital marketing campaigns with a focus on performance outcomes including PPC, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and lead generation funnels.Use first-party data and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and performance optimization.Support testing and rollout of new digital strategies, tools, and marketing products.Collaborate Across TeamsPartner with the marketing team to refine and execute multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads.Work closely with leadership and client success teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to service.Own Sales PerformanceTrack and analyze sales performance using CRM and reporting tools.Build reports, identify trends, and use data to optimize sales performance and pipeline growth.Forecast revenue and monitor progress toward KPIs and growth targets.Maintain Market IntelligenceMonitor trends in the dental and healthcare marketing industries.Maintain awareness of competitor offerings, pricing models, and positioning.Identify new opportunities for growth across digital marketing channels.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business or major required (MBA preferred)Minimum 3+ years of experience in senior sales or business development roles, ideally in high-growth environmentsExperience selling digital marketing services, SaaS, or marketing technologyDemonstrated understanding of digital marketing strategies and performance channelsStrong familiarity with paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO-driven strategiesExcellent judgment and creative problem-solving skillsStrong relationship-building and consultative sales skillsExceptional written, verbal, and presentation skillsStrong analytical and data interpretation abilitiesAbility to operate both strategically and tactically in a remote environmentEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environmentBonus Points ForDeep understanding of multi-channel digital marketing strategiesHands-on familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)Experience driving revenue outcomes tied to KPIs and marketing performance metricsExperience leveraging data and analytics to influence marketing strategyExperience negotiating marketing or agency service contractsExperience working with dental or healthcare practicesBenefitsSalary of up to $150,000/year DOE plus uncapped commissionsPPO Health Benefits (medical & dental)401(k) with company matchGenerous PTO and holiday schedule100% remote work environmentLife, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insuranceIf you’re a high-performing sales professional who understands digital marketing and thrives on closing deals, we’d love to hear from you.
