About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Content Delivery Executive to lead the delivery of high-quality games across our brands — Paddy Power, Betfair, Sky Gaming and International websites and apps.

In this role, you’ll bring at least 2 years’ experience in project delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure games are delivered on time, to specification, and fully compliant. You will own the roadmap planning and delivery, making sure the pipeline of games aligns with business priorities, compliance requirements, and technical feasibility.

You’ll also act as a mentor for more junior members of the Content Delivery team, while managing your own workload and providing clear, actionable updates to senior stakeholders. Your ability to balance technical understanding, commercial priorities, and compliance requirements will be critical in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

You will collaborate with a wide range of third-party partners and games providers globally, building strong relationships across account and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the content delivery roadmap, planning, prioritising, and ensuring timely execution of game releases.
• Lead the delivery of games into production, ensuring smooth transitions and high-quality outcomes.
• Manage and coordinate testing and delivery with internal teams and third-party providers to guarantee compliance and issue-free launches.
• Mentor and support Content Delivery Executives, providing guidance on processes, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing clear progress updates and reporting on risks, issues, and achievements.
• Drive onboarding of new suppliers in collaboration with Technology, Product, and Delivery teams.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are always met.
• Oversee third-party changes that impact our systems and customers, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with Product teams to ensure on-site assets and requirements are accurately implemented, optimising the customer experience.
• Identify dependencies and risks across technology and product components, escalating when necessary to senior leadership.
• Balance commercial objectives with technical feasibility, providing pragmatic solutions to deliver business outcomes.

Key Skills & Attributes

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in content delivery, project coordination, or digital operations.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to senior audiences.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and workloads simultaneously.
• Proven experience in roadmap planning and delivery ownership.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to compliance and process requirements.
• Comfortable navigating Agile or other project delivery methodologies.
• Experience building and maintaining professional relationships internally and with third-party partners.
• Confident using internal and third-party systems to manage delivery and reporting.

Desirable (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to gaming or digital entertainment industries.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance frameworks.
• Interest in digital product strategy and improving delivery processes.
