As we advance our strategy of building a world of health around every consumer, we must continue to drive value for our consumers by creating cross-enterprise awareness and growth of our health and wellness offers.The Sr Analyst, Marketing Strategy - Health Care Delivery Growth will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the analytics, measurement, and optimization strategy that supports growth of CVS Health’s health services offerings across digital and physical channels. This individual will leverage marketing performance data and consumer insights to identify opportunities, measure impact, and inform strategic decision-making across the enterprise.This role will work across multiple lines of business, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting leadership teams to drive measurement, reporting, and optimization efforts while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and consumer-focused, with a passion for translating data into actionable insights and business recommendations. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, navigating ambiguity, and collaborating with partners to drive measurable outcomes. The Sr Analyst, Marketing Strategy - Health Care Delivery Growth will report directly to the Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy – Health Care Delivery Growth and partner closely with teams across Marketing, Analytics, Digital, and the business to translate performance data and customer insights into actionable recommendations that support growth strategies.Remote Work Location: This is a remote position. While employees may work from any U.S. location, candidates should be able to maintain regular working hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone (EST/ET) and be available for meetings and collaboration during core business hours.Key Responsibilities:Support performance measurement and optimization efforts, leveraging analytics and data with strong attention to detail to forecast, monitor, and improve marketing outcomesContribute to growth strategy initiatives across retail and health services marketing, driving integrated campaigns and experiences that maximize enterprise value across digital and physical channelsAnalyze marketing and business performance data, translating findings into actionable recommendations that support campaign optimization and business decision-making.Execute and support cross-functional digital initiatives, managing end-to-end campaign delivery and partnering closely with Creative, Digital, Analytics, and Business teamsAdvance innovation and strategic partnerships, including collaboration with SEO teams on LLM strategy and identifying new opportunities to drive customer value and growthIdentify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement through data analysis, emerging trends, and evolving capabilities such as SEO and AI/LLM-driven customer experiences.Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and measurement frameworks that provide stakeholders with timely, accurate, and actionable insights.Key Skills:Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and business actionsExpertise in performance measurement and data accuracy, leveraging marketing data to guide decisions and optimize outcomesProficiency in digital analytics and tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics), with experience building dashboards, reporting, and measurement frameworksCross-functional leadership and influence, effectively partnering across teams in a matrixed environment to drive alignment and resultsProject management and execution excellence, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead digital initiatives, and deliver in a fast-paced environmentRequired Qualifications2+ years of marketing experience with a foundation of business, retail, healthcare, and consumer insights2+ years of retail marketing or digital marketing/strategy experienceExperience partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersExperience with Adobe AnalyticsPreferred QualificationsExperience using Tableau and SQL to analyze data and develop reporting solutionsExperience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe TargetEducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience)Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  Our people fuel our future.
