This role is designed for a senior, quota-carrying closer with an established rolodex of brand and agency decision-makers who can independently generate pipeline and convert relationships into meaningful revenue.This is not an account management or team leadership role. This is a hands-on, revenue-driving individual contributor role focused on net-new business, deal expansion, and long-term partnerships.ResponsibilitiesPersonally source and generate new business through outbound, referrals, and existing relationshipsActivate an existing network of brand and agency contacts immediatelyOwn the full sales cycle from first outreach through close and expansionCarry a significant individual quota ($3M+ annually)Lead and close six- and seven-figure brand and agency partnershipsDevelop and present compelling sales narratives, proposals, and decksStructure custom influencer, UGC, and paid social programs aligned to client KPIsOwn pricing, scoping, negotiation, and contract executionDrive renewals, upsells, and multi-quarter programsPartner cross-functionally with Talent, Campaign Operations, and Leadership to ensure sold programs are executable and profitableMaintain disciplined CRM hygiene, forecasting, and pipeline reportingProvide market feedback to inform positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategy 4–7+ years in brand partnerships, sales, or business development within influencer marketing, digital media, creator platforms, or adjacent categoriesDemonstrated ability to self-source pipeline and personally close businessSuccessful track record closing six-figure programsExisting relationships with brand and/or agency decision-makers strongly preferredStrong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate complex deal structuresPolished communication and presentation skillsResourceful, competitive, and highly accountableOperates with urgency and can thrive in a high-velocity environment Competitive base salary plus generous uncapped commission structureAccelerators at 120% / 150% / 200%+ of quotaCommissions paid on all originated revenue, including renewals and expansionsOn-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000–$400,000+, based on performance
