DescriptionFLSA Classification: ExemptReports to: Director of Secondary MarketingSummary:The Secondary Marketing Analyst is responsible for managing a variety of analytical projects across several departments Duties and Responsibilities: Secure and manage rate locks for a large pipeline of loans from multi production channelsCoordinate wire requests with various warehouse providers for mortgage loan disbursementsAnalyze various pricing scenarios to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with various program requirementsMonitor warehouse lines to ensure adequate capacity for company funding needsReport on various production benchmarks and SLAsAd hoc reporting as needed by senior managementOther assigned duties as requestedRequirementsQualifications: BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Mathematics or equivalent work experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to communicate rapidly with competing priorities by phone and in writingStrong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentSolid decision-making skills with ability to display professionalism towards both internal and external clientsStrong time management skills, fast learner, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously Mortgage experience required
