Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for the Payment project — an out-of-the-box cashier solution for the business, giving a flexible payment and reporting tool with one single API integration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint refinements and plannings, reviews and retrospectives.


• Coach the development teams to practice agile principles of collaboration, visibility, prioritization and self-organization


• Establish workflows and processes by recommending improvements and changes to best practice


• Identify and mitigate potential risks, obstacles, and distractions before they impact delivery or prevent the team from meeting sprint goals


• Encourage communication and effective collaboration, facilitate discussions and conflict resolution


• Ensure retrospective action items are tracked, implemented, and reviewed for impact


• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. management, stakeholders)


• Work closely with Product Owners and Team Leads to have good understanding of the product priorities and goals, handle backlog and new requests


• Create dashboards and reports with productivity metrics and useful KPIs

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or in a related role within a Scrum team


• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework


• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)


• Experience working closely with development teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth delivery


• Exceptional organizational and time management skills


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities


• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and synchronize efforts across teams


• Proficiency in both written and spoken English


• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
