Specific tasks and tools will be discussed in detail during the final interview.Key Responsibilities:Build workflows, automations, and campaigns inside Salesforce.Support Account Engagement (Pardot) tasks:Automation rules and engagement programsLanding pages, forms, and email campaignsLead scoring, grading, and lifecycle managementSales EngagementCreate and manage email templates (basic HTML/CSS helpful)Build and optimize cadence/sequence outreach programsMonitor and analyze engagement metricsA/B test emails, sequences, and outreach strategiesData & System ManagementImport/export CSVs and map data fields correctlyManage lists, segments, and duplicatesEnsure smooth data sync across Sales Engagement, Account Engagement, and Salesforce CRMTroubleshoot sync issues, form errors, and email deliverability problemsReporting & AnalyticsBuild basic Salesforce and Pardot reportsRead and interpret performance metricsProvide data-driven insights to improve campaignsCompliance & Quality AssuranceFollow CAN-SPAM and data privacy rulesEnsure opt-in/opt-out preferences are properly managedDouble-check all sends, automations, and changes before deploymentGeneral VA SupportConduct research using AI and online toolsDocument processes, maintain SOPs, and provide updatesCollaborate with sales, marketing, and website teamsAsk clarifying questions when needed and verify requirementsQualificationsExperience with Salesforce, especially Account Engagement (Pardot) – PriorityExperience with sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.)Familiarity with CRM workflows and marketing automationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and documentation abilitiesHighly resourceful, proactive, and able to learn quicklyComfortable doing self-study and using Trailhead, support docs, and AI toolTechnical Requirements:Headset: USB headset with noise cancellationWebcam: Working webcamComputers: Primary and backup computer with at least i5 to i7 processor and 8GB RAMInternet: Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps wired connection; backup internet speed of at least 10 MbpsPerks and Benefits:Job security and stabilityExceptionally supportive teamOpportunities for career growthFun work environmentSchedule:Full-Time and/or Part-Time (PST, MST, EST, or CST)Location:This is a remote positionApply now and take the first step towards a rewarding career!
