SUMMER 2027 INTERNSHIPSalesforce & AI Implementation InternAleysian, headquartered in Chicago, is a dynamic and innovative digital transformation consulting firm specializing in Salesforce and AI-driven business solutions for the private sector. We are seeking creative and driven Summer 2027 Interns to assist with implementations and configurations, ultimately extending the Salesforce platform and AI capabilities for our clients.The Summer 2027 Intern is a client-facing role that will assist in gathering configuration requirements from clients and collaborate with team members in designing, implementing and testing solutions for client business needs. Our intern will spend time with broader Aleysian team members, including leadership, to learn the ins and outs of consulting, ultimately gaining an understanding of how to respond to client needs and planned usage for Salesforce and AI. We stress on the job training and are very open to candidates with a variety of backgrounds!This is an onsite role at our downtown Chicago office. What you'll doInteract with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and requirementsDocument client business processes, system requirements, and solution specificationsSupport the design and configuration of Salesforce and AI solutions based on client requirements and project scopeAssist with the implementation, testing, and validation of Salesforce and AI-powered solutionsCollaborate with consultants and project team members to ensure solutions meet business requirements and deliver the intended client outcomesResearch and evaluate emerging AI capabilities and technologies and identify opportunities to apply them to business processesDevelop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, process flows, test plans, and user guidesDevelop training materials and support knowledge transfer for clients and internal team membersWhat we're looking forSeeking current college juniors who will complete an internship in Summer 2027 and return to school for their senior year, with expected bachelor’s degree graduation in Spring 2028.Willingness to learn in a rapidly moving environmentResults-oriented, able to take a task and achieve objectives with minimal guidanceAbility to handle multiple prioritiesExcellent oral and written communication skillsAttention to detail and problem solving skillsAbility to work well both individually and within a teamComfortable working in a small company and a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceEligible to work in the United States without limitationIf you are a highly motivated self-starter looking for a fast-paced & fun environment in which to advance your career, we strongly encourage you to apply!Our cultureAt Aleysian, we embrace an innovative, fast-paced environment that encourages risk-taking and personal growth.
