This role supports the sales team by maintaining CRM data integrity, optimizing workflows, producing performance insights, and coordinating lead follow-ups — enabling the sales closers to focus fully on revenue-generating work.The ideal candidate is a disciplined, proactive operator with strong analytical and organizational skills. You’ll be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, generating actionable sales reports, and keeping every lead tracked and moving through the pipeline seamlessly. This is a highly collaborative yet self-managed position ideal for someone who thrives in detail-oriented, process-driven environments.Core ResponsibilitiesCRM & Pipeline Management – 40% Maintain complete, accurate CRM data (HubSpot or equivalent) for all deals and contacts. Conduct daily hygiene checks: update deal stages, merge duplicates, and ensure full visibility. Assign and track leads to ensure timely follow-ups and zero pipeline drop-offs. Reporting & Analytics – 25% Build dashboards and reports for conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and forecasting. Produce weekly performance summaries for leadership and sales teams. Track inbound and outbound flow to identify bottlenecks or improvement areas. Sales Support & Coordination – 20% Prepare meeting agendas, action trackers, and follow-up documentation. Facilitate smooth communication between the founder, SDRs, and closers. Monitor outbound sequences for cadence accuracy and prompt response handling. Outbound Support (Light) – 15% Conduct prospect research and list enrichment via Apollo or Sales Navigator. Support sequencing and outreach setup when needed. Audit campaign data to maintain consistent quality and performance tracking. Must-Haves (Required) 1–2 + years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or CRM/SDR support. Proven expertise managing CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational discipline. Ability to work full-time with reliable MST time-zone overlap. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, founder-led organization. Nice-to-Haves (Preferred) Background in outbound or SDR support (prospecting, sequencing, list management). Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Instantly, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, tracking, data validation). Experience with Notion, Zapier, or similar documentation and automation tools. Prior experience in marketing, performance, or agency operations.
