Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Develop: Manage and mentor a team of 4-6 technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Optimize Processes: Design and implement sales processes that utilize MarTech tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the sales team.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics to provide actionable insights that inform sales strategies and business decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, and finance departments to ensure alignment and integration of sales operations with overall business goals.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports to track sales performance, identify trends, and propose innovative solutions to enhance sales outcomes.
- Technical Training: Facilitate technical training sessions to ensure the team is proficient in using essential sales technology and tools.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5-7 years in a sales operations role, ideally within a MarTech environment.
- Certifications:
- AWS Cloud Practitioner
- HubSpot Sales Software Certification
- Technology Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- Location and Mobility: Ability to work on-site in Torrance, CA, with travel within a 30-mile radius as needed.
- Schedule: Availability to work standard business hours.
