Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Contribute to a 10+ person regional team by fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in sales operations within the SaaS industry.
- Certifications:
- Required: Salesforce Certified Administrator, HubSpot Sales Software Certification
- Preferred: Google Analytics Certification, AWS Cloud Practitioner
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Location & Travel: Based in Los Angeles with regular travel to nearby major cities.
- Schedule: Operate during standard business hours with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
