Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize sales operations processes.
- Train and lead a team of 4-6 sales technicians.
- Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights using Salesforce and other tools.
- Develop and implement training programs focused on sales development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales strategies.
- Manage and maintain the technology stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
- Facilitate communication between sales teams and other departments.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in sales operations or related field.
- Google Analytics Certification and AWS Cloud Practitioner required.
- Preferred: HubSpot Sales Software Certification.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to travel within a 100-mile radius as needed.
