This role is integral to enhancing sales productivity within digital health platforms, medical software, and healthcare analytics. Lead a team of 4-6 technicians and travel within a 100-mile radius to support our growth-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and optimize sales operations processes.
  • Train and lead a team of 4-6 sales technicians.
  • Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights using Salesforce and other tools.
  • Develop and implement training programs focused on sales development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales strategies.
  • Manage and maintain the technology stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Facilitate communication between sales teams and other departments.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales operations or related field.
  • Google Analytics Certification and AWS Cloud Practitioner required.
  • Preferred: HubSpot Sales Software Certification.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to travel within a 100-mile radius as needed.
