Role in a nutshell:
Due to the growing demand within our operational activity, we are currently looking for a English sales agent to join, on a full-time basis.
Requirements:
- An energetic passion for customer service and speaking directly with customers.
- A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting our sites, products and promotions.
- A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis.
- Fluent English.
- An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry.
- Target oriented and driven by achieving goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Making daily outbound calls and follow ups.
- Assisting new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying our products.
- Promoting our site, products, campaigns and overall entertainment offering.
- Working with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood.
- Work with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP and Customer Support.
