Our Client, a leading B2B SaaS company, is seeking a seasoned Account Executive to join their dynamic team in San Jose, CA. Situated in the heart of Silicon Valley, San Jose is surrounded by several prominent cities such as Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto, and Cupertino. This role is geared towards individuals who excel in full-cycle enterprise software sales, with deal sizes ranging from $100K-$500K annually. The ideal candidate is expected to have experience selling complex technical solutions to IT and business leaders and a strong understanding of software implementation processes, ROI analysis, and contract negotiations. Familiarity with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and virtual demonstration tools is key. Candidates with experience in consultative selling methodology and solution-based selling approach are highly preferred.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in full-cycle enterprise software sales
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions to IT and business leaders
  • Strong understanding of software implementation processes, ROI analysis, and contract negotiations
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and virtual demonstration tools
  • Experience with consultative selling methodology and solution-based selling approach
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives about their business, their technology needs, and their operations
  • Develop and execute strategic plan for your territory and create reliable forecasts
  • Work towards strategic business goals
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via networking, associations, etc.

  • Salary range: $85980-$95980 per year
